All orders are subject to a 95p picking and packing charge.
Delivery Service and Charges
All orders are sent by Royal Mail's 1st class recorded delivery service.
Delivery of orders over £34.99 are free within UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Orders below £34.99 are subject to our standard £1.99 postage charge.
We'll dispatch your products using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service and you will need to sign for your parcel when it
arrives. As you probably know, if no one is there to sign for your goods, the Postman will leave a card telling you where you'll
be able to pick up your parcel or to arrange for a re-delivery at a convenient time.
Delivery Times
We hold most products in stock so generally dispatch within 48 hours, although because we are unable to predict the efficiency of
the postal service for different regions we quote delivery times of between 2 and 4 working days.
To speed up the process, orders can be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Irrespective of whether or not you
receive free postage with your order, a fixed price of £6.00 is applicable. This is a guaranteed, secure next day delivery
service.
Only orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, will be guaranteed special next day delivery service. All orders placed after
12 noon will not be dispatched until the following day. This is applicable to special delivery and standard delivery and no
orders will be dispatched on saturdays and sundays.
Discreet Packaging
Because what you buy from She Desires is between you, us and no one else, we absolutely guarantee that all orders are dispatched
in secure plain packaging with no indication of the contents. Your parcel will show a return address to She Desires Ltd., in the
unlikely event that the delivery doesn't reach you.
Delivery to Europe
Delivery to any country in Europe will incur a charge of £8 and this fee is applicable to all order values. Delivery will take up
to 5 working days depending on your location.
